3.2 Custom Solutions

3.3 Installation & After-Sales Support

Our after-sales service is subject to the warranty period specified in the order agreement.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders for intelligent parking equipment and custom solutions must be confirmed in writing (including email, signed contract). The order shall specify product specifications, quantity, delivery time, payment terms, and other key details.
  • Payment terms shall be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties. Generally, we require a certain percentage of advance payment before production, and the balance shall be paid before delivery. Failure to pay on time may result in order delay or cancellation.

5. Delivery & Logistics
